Gyaan Bundle is a mobile application that provides:
- 5000+ premium quote templates (Krishna, Mahadev, Motivation, Good Morning, etc.)
- Photo Quote Poster Generator with personal photo upload
- AI-powered content generation using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI
- Custom name and logo branding on posters
- Premium subscription for unlimited downloads and exclusive features

## 3. Eligibility
You must be at least **13 years of age** to use Gyaan Bundle. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

## 4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

## 5. User Content
### 5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos, names, logos, and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
### 5.2 Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to upload:
- Illegal, offensive, hateful, or discriminatory content
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Nudity, sexually explicit, or violent content
- Content that promotes terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities
- Spam or misleading information
Violation may result in immediate account termination.

## 6. Premium Subscription
### 6.1 Pricing
- **Monthly**: ₹199/month
- **Yearly**: ₹1,499/year (Save 37%)
- **Lifetime**: ₹2,999 (One-time payment)
### 6.2 Billing
- Payments are processed via Google Play Billing (Android) or Razorpay (Web)
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default for monthly/yearly plans
- You can cancel anytime via Google Play or your account settings
### 6.3 Refunds
- Google Play purchases follow **Google Play's refund policy**
- Razorpay purchases: Contact support within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds for lifetime plans after 30 days

## 7. Intellectual Property
### 7.1 Our Content
All templates, designs, illustrations, logos, and code are the exclusive property of Gyaan Bundle. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
### 7.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Downloaded posters can be shared on social media with attribution.

## 8. AI-Generated Content
- AI features use third-party APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI)
- AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before sharing
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

## 9. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
- Resell or redistribute App content without permission
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Interfere with the App's security or functionality

## 10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Fail to pay for premium subscriptions
- Upload prohibited content
You can delete your account anytime from Settings.

## 11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are NOT responsible for third-party services (Firebase, Razorpay, etc.)
